📝 Product Description
Non-Toxic Super Soft RTV-2 Platinum Cure Silicone is a two-part room temperature cure silicone rubber specifically designed for stress-reducing applications like cat paw squishy fidget toys. It features exceptional fluidity and excellent operability. Even when mixed, it provides a functional working window of 30 minutes and fully forms within 4-6 hours. This material is highly resistant to deformation, high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and expansion.

⚙️ Operation Instructions
1. Correct Mixing Ratio:
Mix Component A and Component B at a 1:1 ratio by weight. For example, add 100g of Part B to 100g of Part A. Ensure the weights are measured accurately and mix thoroughly.
2. Pouring and Curing:
Pour the mixture onto the original mold as soon as possible to avoid air entrapment. The material cures into a flexible rubber within 6 hours at room temperature. We recommend de-molding after 24 hours for the best results.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the mixing ratio for MC-ST02 silicone rubber?
The mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight for Part A and Part B. It is critical to use a scale for accurate measurement to ensure proper curing.
2. How long does it take for the silicone to fully cure?
At room temperature (25°C), the silicone will form into a rubber in 4-6 hours. However, we recommend waiting 24 hours before de-molding for optimal physical properties.
3. Is this silicone safe for making squishy toys?
Yes, this is a Platinum Cure (Addition Cure) silicone, which is non-toxic and odorless, making it ideal for fidget toys and stress-relief products.
4. What is the shelf life of the product?
The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production when stored in its original, unopened packaging in a cool, dry place.
5. Can I use this for special effects?
Absolutely. Due to its super-soft nature (Shore A 0010-0020) and high elongation, it is widely used for special effects and prosthetic applications.
6. Does the silicone shrink after curing?
The linear shrinkage is extremely low, measured at ≤0.1%, ensuring your finished products maintain their intended dimensions.
