What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Moulds typically take at least 35 days. Plastic goods depend on quantity: 1-2 containers take 25-45 days, while 2-4 containers take 45-60 days. Stock items can be delivered within 10 days.
What are the standard payment terms?
We accept T/T, Westion Union, and L/C. Generally, a 50% deposit is required in advance, with the balance settled after sample testing or before shipment.
What information is required for a quotation?
For moulds, please provide 3D design drawings, samples, or detailed pictures. For products, we can recommend existing details or create custom moulds based on your requirements.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, if you decide to manufacture a new mould at our facility, we can offer one free sample piece (freight collect).
What is the process for placing an order?
The process involves: Signing the contract --- Paying the deposit --- Production --- Arranging balance before shipment --- Delivery.
